Protein shakes became part of my morning routine about six months ago when I started seed cycling and needed a way to consume them. I was getting pretty tired of eating my seeds so drinking them solved that! Plus since was doing more weight lifting, I knew I could use some more protein in my diet.
This recipe is extremely easy and comes together in just a few minutes. I love using unsweetened oat milk for my smoothies because it makes them so creamy but almond milk and coconut milk also work just fine.
To make the smoothie, just combine the milk, banana, blueberries and chocolate protein in your blend and blend until smooth! That’s it!

Chocolate Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 8 oz Milk (I use Oat Milk, but almond & coconunt also work)
- ½ Frozen banana (For extra thick, add more banana)
- ¼ cup Frozen blueberries
- 1 scoop Chocolate proten powder (I use Ancient Nutrition brand)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth!
- Enjoy!
