How To Cook a Spaghetti Squash

- 1 medium sized spaghetti squash
- 2 tbsp avocado or extra virgin olive oil
- Salt & pepper
Preheat oven 400ºF
Cut spaghetti squash in half and scoop out the seeds in the middle
Drizzle both sides of squash with oil and rub in with hands
Sprinkle salt and pepper over the squash, you don't need much!
Flip squash over, cut side down on baking sheet and place in preheated oven for 35-40 minutes. You will know when the squash is done when you can easily stick a fork through the skin
Allow squash to cool slightly then use a fork to scoop out the squash and enjoy!
