fresh basil leaves

shelled pistachios

cloves garlic

extra-virgin olive oil

lemon, juiced
Instructions
In a food processor, pulse basil, lemon, garlic, salt and a little olive oil until smooth.
Add the pistachios and the rest of the EVOO and pulse until the mixture reaches a good pest consistency.
Add EVOO until you find your desired pesto consistency.
