Slow cooker recipes can be such a life saver on busy nights, especially when all you have to do is throw all the ingredients in and you’re done! No searing or precooking anything. These Korean Short Ribs are made with beef short ribs and are packed full of flavor without any soy.
I used coconut aminos, asian pears, white wine vinegar, water, garlic, green onions, and fresh black pepper. I told ya it was simple!
To cook, just finely shred your pear (I use a cheese grader) and add all the ingredients to your slow cooker and mix to combine. Cook on slow for 8 hours and your beef short ribs will be falling off the bone. I hope you enjoy!
